Villains In Love holds the distinct honor of standing among the legendary allies behind the film 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲. Keen-eyed viewers will spot VIL credited as co-producers in the opening titles. VIL has always held a deep devotion—𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯—for the Friday the 13th franchise. Supporting projects that celebrate this legendary horror series is a calling we never ignore. So when our longtime ally and confidant, Adam Markus, set out to create this documentary, we knew we had a role to play. When the moment presented itself, we immediately stepped up and contributed several of our Part 9 pendants to help get the film off the ground. Participating in a project dedicated to documenting the history and impact of one of horror’s most enduring characters—and supporting our friend and collaborator Adam Marcus—was a privilege for everyone at Villains In Love.

VIL’s Divine Trident made a notable appearance in Revolver Magazine’s Spring 2021 issue (Gojira edition). The handheld trident featured on page 80 was gifted to 3Teeth frontman Alexis Mincolla during their 2019 Metawar Tour. It appears VIL’s gift has left an impression—Mincolla later showcased the trident on his official Instagram, suggesting the artifact has become one of his favored instruments of chaos. This piece holds a unique distinction among VIL's offerings—it is the only item in our shop both designed and 3D modeled by "Spooky" Dez, a devoted long-time fan of 3Teeth. Her devotion to the band runs deep—so deep, in fact, that she can be seen lurking among the extras in the music video for President X. VIL’s Divine Trident was originally released as a limited edition piece. Today, it exists only through made-to-order commissions.

You may have seen their viral videos haunting the internet already, but if not, Low Carb Comedy is probably best known for their breakout hit, Teen Slasher Romantic Comedy. While preparing for their sequel, Low Carb Comedy required assistance creating 2 very special props. Naturally, they reached out to VIL. We have a reputation for these things. Our work can be spotted in Social Mediasochist II, where VIL supplied two delightfully vile details: the infant Voorhees mask and the Jason pendant worn by Carrie in the video.
